KBPS-FM (All Classical 89.9) is a classical music radio station in Portland, Oregon, USA. Established in 1983, it broadcasts classical music and fine arts information to listeners in northwest Oregon, southwest Washington and is also available via the internet.

KQHR 90.1 FM has rebroadcast the KBPS-FM signal for the Hood River area since November 2001.[3] Later in 2007 KBPS-FM expects to begin broadcasting in Lincoln City on KQAC 88.1 FM.

KBPS-FM and KQHR rely on listener contributions, which provide over two-thirds of their budget.[3] They also receive financial support from local businesses and arts organizations that underwrite their programming through on-air sponsorships. Additionally, a small portion of their annual budget comes from various foundation grants and from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.[3] KBPS-FM is owned by KBPS Public Radio Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
