Kazusa-Azuma Station (上総東駅 Kazusa-Azuma-eki?) is a train station on the Isumi Railroad Isumi Line located at 339 Samuro, Isumi, Chiba Prefecture.

Kazusa-Azuma is an above-ground station with two tracks flanked by two side platforms. The station is unstaffed.

In 2005, there were approximately 56 passengers per day using Kazusa-Azuma station.

Because the station used to be located in the central area of the town it was in before the merger into Isumi City, there are several stores in a small shōtengai.

[edit] History
- April 1, 1930 - opened as a station on the Kokutetsu Kihara Line.
- April 1, 1987 - acquired by East Japan Railway Company upon the division and privatization of JNR.
- March 24, 1988 - the Kihara Line enters the voluntary sector and becomes the Isumi Railroad Isumi Line.
