Kazenga LuaLua (born December 10, 1990 in Kinshasa) is a football player from the Democratic Republic of Congo. He currently plays in England for Newcastle United.

LuaLua moved to England shortly after his birth. He has since progressed in Newcastle's youth academy, and currently plays for the reserve team. Kazenga was called up to the senior squad for the first time with Newcastle for the 3rd round FA Cup game against Birmingham City on 6 January 2007. At just sixteen years and 27 days old, LuaLua would have been the youngest player to play for Newcastle: the record is currently held by Steve Watson.[1]

He was part of the Newcastle youth team that reached the semi-final of the FA Youth Cup in the 2005-06 season. LuaLua finally made his first-team debut on 6 January 2008, coming on in the 74th minute of a 3rd round FA Cup game against Stoke City as a substitute for Damien Duff.[2]

His brother Lomana LuaLua (these two are often thought to be cousins but this was cleared up in an interview) is also a professional footballer, with Newcastle being one of his former clubs, and currently plays for Olympiacos.

He made his Premiership debut on January 19, 2008, coming on as a substitute again for Damien Duff at St. James's Park in a match against Bolton Wanderers. LuaLua also came on as 79th minute sub in Newcastle's 3-1 Premier League defeat to Everton F.C.
