Kazakhstan Super League 2003 was the 12th edition of Kazakhstan Premier League. [1] [2] [3]

It was decided to have 17 teams in league instead of 12.
So, five teams from the Kazakhstan First Division were promoted at the end of last season:
No team was relegated

Pld = Matches played; W = Matches won; D = Matches drawn; L = Matches lost; GF = Goals for; GA = Goals against; GD = Goal difference; Pts = Points
- No club would be able to comply with UEFA regulations and book a place in any european cup
- No club would be relegated out of league for the next season, because of increase on number of teams
- Atyrau was penalized with a technical loss (0-3), because of playing a non-listed player.
- Irtysh was penalized with two technical losses (0-3), because of playing a non-listed player.
- 6 points were deducted from Esil Kokshetau, due to a violation of transfer rules. Also, on October 23, Esil Kokshetau was suspended until the end on season and awarded technical losses (0-3) in four games left.
