This is the cover of the Kaze to Ki No Uta Tankoubon #1 of Shougakukan's Flower Comics (Which is out of print). This image was found in a scanlation of Kaze. Kaze to Ki No Uta is a creation of Japanese artist Takemiya Keiko. The characters in the image are Gilbert and Serge of Kaze to Ki No Uta.
