Kayce Freed (born 1958) is Peter Jennings's fourth wife. They married on December 2, 1997.

She, along with her two stepchildren and sister in law, was beside Peter as he died on August 7, 2005. After his death, she issued the following statement: "Peter died with his family around him, without pain and in peace. He knew he'd lived a good life."

In 1976, Kayce graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts as a member of one of the school's first coeducational classes.

Currently a freelance producer, she is a former producer of the 20/20 television show on ABC.
