Kawagoe Station (川越駅 Kawagoe-eki?) is the busiest railway station in Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan.
The station was first opened on the current site in 1915. The current elevated station building and concourse was opened in 1989. The west side of the station was enlarged in 2004 with the construction of additional sets of stairs to the JR platforms and a new Lumine building over the platforms.
The Seibu Shinjuku Line terminus, Hon-Kawagoe Station (本川越駅 Honkawagoe-eki?), is approximately fifteen minutes' walk from Kawagoe Station.
