[edit] Parteco

I didn't delete this article because it was spam. I deleted it because it didn't really assert any notability- from what I understood, the article made it seem like it was a typical school research collaboration. If you'd like I can restore it, though you would have to add some form of secondary coverage to show the notability of the topic. --Wafulz 19:53, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for your answer and sorry for my late response. I have been busy with the research work. Perhaps our first report from the project shows that it is something else than just any school research collaboration.

1) Our results have gained global attention. For example, Boing Boing (http://www.boingboing.net/2007/01/25/community_created_co.html) and Creative Commons site (http://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/7214) noticed our Community Created Content report.

2) We have published this report as a book with CC license with Turre Legal. The book is also sold in Amazon already and one can download it for free as well, since we like to promote open source culture with public research results.

3) From http://www.somelab.fi you will find the very first collaborative blog for social media researchers network in Finland which is also done by Parteco project.

4) In fact, i guess our project is, if not the first, one of the very first big social media research projects in Finland. With big, i refer here to our national scale of funding for these kinds of projects. We are doing pioneer work on the research about social media like blogs, wikis, media sharing sites etc.

5) There are several news published about our results already though the project is not even over yet. For example Taloussanomat (http://taloussanomat.fi/page.php?page_id=97&news_id=20071539), Tietokone (http://www.tietokone.fi/uutta/uutinen.asp?news_id=30086) and DigiToday (http://www.digitoday.fi/page.php?page_id=11&news_id=20077871) have written about us. We are also linked by Finnish Digital Learning Cluster (http://www.learningbusiness.fi/portal/research_insights/reports/?y=2007&page=2).

6) The article included some information about the company with the same name as our project, and i am suggesting that at least this information should be published if you think our research is not as significant as it should be in order to be added to Wikipedia.

[edit] Produser

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Produser, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
