[edit] AfD for Suicide methods
You modified an already concluded AfD. That is not allowed. It is not easy for those unfamiliar with the nitty-gritty to correctly nominate articles that have previously been nominated for deletion. I have moved your deletion nomination for Suicide methods to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Suicide methods (3rd nomination). Cheers, Ezeu 16:55, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
- As a note, I see that this nomination is your first edit here at Wikipedia. Please be aware that much of what is done around here is done through consensus. This article has been subject to consensus review twice, and clearly the consensus has been to keep. Renominating it only wastes time and resources. Please refrain from doing this in the future. There are plenty of articles that genuinely don't belong here, and your efforts would be more effective if you focused them there. Akradecki 17:27, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia, Katie! I just stumbled upon your AfD request for the Suicide methods article, and thought you might want to have a look at certain rules and guidelines that apply to surveys performed on Wikipedia in the process of establishing community consensus. In particular, have a look at rules regarding inviting people to vote. -- int19h 08:09, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
