Kattavia

Kattavia is a small village located on the southernmost tip of the island of Rodos. Is is located withing the municipality of Southern Rodos. Its current population is around 200 people, but its registered population is around 600. In the summer months the population of Kattavis swells to over 700 people. This is do mostly to the Greek Diaspora returning to their beloved village from countries such as the United States and Australia.

In recent years the village has also become a destination spot do to its close preoximity to Prosonissi. A popular windsurfing beach <Image:Kattavia-restaurant.jpg
