Kathy Shao-Lin Lee (Chinese: 李紹琳; pinyin: Lǐ Shàolín) is an American actress. She has also gone by the names Kathy Lee and Katherine Lee in film credits.

Lee studied psychology at Princeton University and graduated in 2003. The sister of director Georgia Lee, she lives in New York City.

Lee began her acting career after winning the Miss Junior Connecticut pageant at 13. Since the judges were scouts, Lee found her first agent through the pageant.
Lee has performed in the film Gangs of New York, in the Princeton University Triangle Club, and diSiac Dance Company. She starred in the 2006 film Red Doors, as well as in Elaine Liu's The Projectionist, a short film set during the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
In addition to acting, Lee is a dancer. She began dancing at the age of five.
