Kate Slatter is a three time Olympian in rowing[1] from South Australia. Kate competed in the Women's Coxless Four (1992) and Coxless Pair (1996 and 2000). Winning in the Coxless Pair at Atlanta '96 with Megan Still, Kate became Australia's first women's gold medal recipient in rowing[2]. Kate also took home Silver at Sydney 2000. Kate is the most successful member of the Adelaide University Boat Club. Kate has won 16 national titles and was awarded the Order of Australia medal for her rowing achievements[3].
