Kasugayama stable

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kasugayama stable is a stable of sumo wrestlers, part of the Tatsunami ichimon or group of stables. It went out of existence for a while when the previous stablemaster reached the mandatory retirement age of sixty-five,[1] and was absorbed by Ajigawa stable, but it was revived by Kasugafuji after his retirement as an active wrestler in 1996. Its top rikishi is Korean born Kasugao and the stable has 17 other wrestlers in the unsalaried divisions.
