Kassy Lee is a teacher at Sydney Dance Company[1] and is trained in jazz, tap, contemporary, ballet, hip hop and breakdancing. She was a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance Australia, but was voted off in the "top 18" on February 25, 2008. Kassy attended The McDonald College, in 2002 receiving the Senior Dance Scholarship. Kassy is also trained as a gymnast, successful in both rythmic and artistic competitions, including being a State Champion Gymnast.
Professionally, Kassy's commercial career has included her time as a regular teacher of hip hop, funk and jazz at Sydney Dance Company, as well as touring as a part of SDCo's production of Tivoli and dancing in the Sydney 2000 Summer Olympics Opening Ceremony and Closing Cermony. In 2006, Kassy studied at the Broadway Dance Centre, New York.
Recently Kassy has signed a six month contract with Tokyo Disneyland as a performer. She also appeared in two television commercials, for Nurofen and '3' Mobile; and also as a dancer in Jade McCrae and Sneaky Sound System video clips.
