Kasipalayam (E) is a panchayat town in Erode district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kasipalayam (E) had a population of 52,500. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Kasipalayam (E) has an average literacy rate of 75%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 81%, and female literacy is 69%.
