Karpov is my nickname as a student, however my chess skills are not comparable to the real Karpov.

I'm a doctor, in the Netherlands, in internal medicine, specialised in nephrology (dialysis, transplantation), hypertension and endocrinology.

My thesis was on the use of hemofiltration techniques in chronic hemodialysis patients. I hope to contribute on wikipedia on matters of my profession.
