This is the list of users I'm currently watching for some reason or another. Being on this list does not mean that I don't like you. I may watch a particular user due to having a past negative experience with the user, such as my needing to revert vandalism caused by that user. It may also mean that I do really appreciate the work you're doing for Wikipedia. I'm not going to say whether any particular watched user falls into the first category or the latter.
