Hi, my actual name is Kara. I'm a 22 year old college student/ waitress. I am still new to Wikipedia, so please be nice to me! I love to extensively research subjects that interest me, no matter how obscure, and I am always up for a good debate. I have always had a huge appreciation for Wikipedia and have used it for virtually all of my independent research, but I only started editing it recently. Some of the subjects that I am interested in include: US government, US politics- especially liberalism and the Democratic Party, US history, the history of drug prohibition and its pros/cons, certain philosophical ideas, random trivia, and popular culture.
