[edit] Size of Restoration area

Just made a change to this; The Sanctuary is often referred to as 252ha, which is the total area of land managed by KWST under our agreement with the Wellington City Council. The area actually enclosed by the fence is closer to 225ha, and restoration efforts are focussed in this marginally smaller area. Efforts outside the fence are mainly managed to reduce risks to the fence, and a small degree of weed control blacksand (talk) 07:54, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
