Rideau Valley Air Park, (TC LID: CPL3), located 3 nautical miles (5.6 km) south of Kars is a small airport south of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on the shore of the Rideau River. The airport has a single 1,800 ft (549 m) grass runway, and serves mainly ultralight and glider traffic.

The "Rideau Valley Soaring School" operates from the Kars/Rideau Valley Air park on a daily basis during the soaring season. The club consists of approximately 30 members flying both private and club aircraft. The gliding club owns a Schweizer 2-33 training sailplane and 3 high performance planes including a Grob 103, Puchacz and a Schweizer 1-34.

Private Ultralights and Hangliders also operate from the field. The club is also in correspondence with the Gatineau Gliding club and the Montreal Soaring Council. These clubs host interclub competitions.
