Karl III Wilhelm, Margrave of Baden-Durlach (17 January (possibly 18 or 26 January) 1679 in Durlach - 12 May 1738 in Karlsruhe) was Margrave of Baden-Durlach.

When in the late 17th century, French troops repeatedly destroyed his residence in Durlach, in 1715 he built a new residence, Karlsruhe Palace, which has since grown to a large city, Karlsruhe (Charles' repose).
