Karishma Kotak is a London - based model [1] best known for her work as the Kingfisher Girl. [2]. She has also appeared in a number of other commercials. [3]
She made her acting debut in the film, Shankardada Zindabad (2007) a Telugu language remake of Lage Raho Munna Bhai.

She has a bachelor of arts degree in advertising and marketing. She moved to india in oct 2005 where within two months did the prestigious kingfisher swimsuit calendar.In 2006 Karishma took part in lakme fashion week,she has also done music videos for artists such as JSean, sonu nigam and apache indian. She has now become the brand ambassador for Dove shampoo in india[4] best known for her work as the Kingfisher Girl. [5]. She has also appeared in a number of other commercials. [6] In april 2008 Karishma has signed a contract to host a show for an international luxury channel,she will be presenting a show called the "Spa Diaries"where she will be travellng all across India.
