- 21 June 2007 Passenger killed, thirteen injured. A Let-410UVP (reg 9Q-CEU), overloaded with 22 passengers, 3 crew crashed in a swamp on takeoff from Kamina Airport, comes to rest inverted, killing a member of the National Assembly.
- 24 September 2007 Pilot killed, five injured. A Let-410UVP in Karibu livery being operated by Free Airlines. [1]
