Kari Nordheim-Larsen

Kari Nordheim-Larsen (b. 1948) was the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs (development cooperation affairs) 1992-1996 and 1996-1997, as well as Minister of Children and Family Affairs 1993-1994.
