Karen Shenaz David is an Indian-born English actress and singer-songwriter. David was born in Shillong, Meghalaya, India, and raised in Toronto, Canada before moving to London to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She subsequently appeared in the West End musicals Mamma Mia! and Bombay Dreams, and several feature films including Batman Begins and The Colour of Magic.
