"Karem Negrón" (born in November 22, 1989); raised in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico, is a Puerto Rican beauty contestant and model who was held the title of Miss World Toa Alta 2008.
She studies in the High School Adela Rolón Fuentes in Toa Alta Heights, and the school is still under the direction of Mrs. Sonia Peña.

Karem, worked with the people who live on the street in his hometown, competing with five other finalists for the award "Belleza con Proposito" giving Wal-Mart in Caguas, with a display of his philanthropic gifts.
