Karel Zelenka (born March 31, 1983 in Louny, Czech Republic) is an Italian figure skater. He is the five-time Italian national champion.

Zelenka was born in Czechoslovakia. His family emigrated from the Czech Republic to Italy when he was six years old. He has lived in Italy ever since. Zelenka received Italian citizenship in January, 2006, in time for him to represent Italy at the 2006 Winter Olympics, where he placed 25th.
