Kardzhali (Bulgarian: Кърджалийска област; Turkish: Kırcaali İli) is a province of southern Bulgaria, neighbouring Greece with the Greek prefectures of Xanthi and Rodhopi to the south and east. Kardzhali Province area is 3209.1 km²
