The Karaganda Zoo is the state zoo of the city Karaganda in Kazakhstan. It is one of the largest and oldest zoological parks in the country.

Exact age of Karaganda zoo is unknown. Many documents, confirming of an origin of the zoo, have been lost. Few historical documents, telling about the Karaganda zoo, have remained some employees of the zoo and the townspeople, visiting zoological park since days of the basis.
