Karaage
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Karaage (唐揚げ?) is Japanese-style fried meat, most often soy-flavored chicken. It is enjoyed by the Japanese all year round. Small pieces of meat are marinated in a tangy mix of soy sauce, garlic and ginger, deep-fried and finished with a slice of lemon or mayonnaise to dip it in.
