By the Wikipedia conditions, I still can't use images which are "non-commercial".

By no means am I trying to force you to do this, I am merley requesting. Thanks for your help.

Please note, I will only be using a cropped section of this photo, of which will be Karmichael.

Wikipedia have asked questions whether you actullay released the cropped version (which is here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Karmichael_Hunt_2.jpg ) under a free copyright licence.

You don't have to anything of which I ask, but it would be gratly appreciated. Wikipedia policy (in summary) states:

"To use copyrighted material on Wikipedia, it is not enough that we have permission to use it on Wikipedia alone. That's because Wikipedia itself states all its material may be used by anyone, for any purpose. So we have to be sure all material is in fact licenced for that purpose, whoever provided it. "

And therefore could I ask you (in a simple reply message) if you would release THE CROPPED VERSION under a licence, which follows.
