[edit] Summary
Copyright belongs to NDTV News channel which covered the Kargil War. The clipping is taken from a geocities site and the main image was cut and used in Wikipedia.
[edit] Rationale
The rationale for claiming fair use for this image is that it shows the coverage of Barkha Dutt who become famous during the war. The image also covers the BM-21 Grad MRL system which was used during the war. It is only meant for informative purposes of showing both the war correspondent and the missile system in the same frame. It is also meant to showcase how the war was covered in the media, an essential part of the article.
The image is also of low resolution to comply with fair use image policy on using TV screenshots and fully complies with the statement "a limited number of web-resolution screenshots". In this case only one image has been used (limited number) under a mediocre web resolution. --Idleguy 15:16, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
