MfD nomination of User:Kaobear/Watchlists

User:Kaobear/Watchlists, a page you created, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Kaobear/Watchlists and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Kaobear/Watchlists during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Kaobear (talk) 18:09, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

Pirates versus Ninjas

I have declined your requested speedy deletion of the article Pirates versus Ninjas, as an invalid rationale was used (A7) and the article was not a biography. In addition, please check the talk page of an article before tagging it for speedy deletion: in this case, the article was previously nominated for deletion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pirates versus Ninjas, and would never have been eligible for speedy deletion as it had survived the AfD with a consensus to keep. --Canley (talk) 14:36, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Fair enough, my apologies for not realizing the error I made and I assure you it will not happen again in the future. - Kaobear (talk) 15:18, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Erroneous AWB typo fixing

You recently used AWB to fix "typos" in Wikiquote, changing "wikipedia" to "Wikipedia". However, you apparently failed to notice that these instances were not of the project name, but part of DNS names (wo.wikipedia.com and quote.wikipedia.org), which by convention are typically cited in all-lowercase. I have reverted those changes. Please consider this when doing future AWB-based edits. Thank you. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 13:59, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

My apologies, i should have noticed it as I was doing it, will make a note of it and not let it happen again. - Kaobear (talk) 14:54, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Perhaps you should stop using the "Typo fixing using AWB" edit summary, since hardly any of your edits are typo correction. Good edits though. 86.44.26.69 (talk) 15:01, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Your VandalProof Application

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Kaobear. As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank again for your interest in VandalProof. βcommand 04:27, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
