Kaoru Shimamura (嶋村カオル, Shimamura Kaoru^?) is a seiyū. She was born Hiroko Takahashi (高橋浩子, Takahashi Hiroko^?) on April 15, 1969 in Kanagawa Prefecture and is affiliated with 81 Produce.
