Kanpyō (food)

Kanpyō (干瓢?), sometimes romanized kampyō, is dried gourd shavings, an ingredient in traditional Edo style Japanese cuisine. Cooked and flavored kanpyō is commonly used in Futomaki sushi roll.
In Korea it is called bagogari.
