Kanije Province, Ottoman Empire

Kanije Province (also known as Pashaluk of Kanije or Eyalet of Kanije) was an administrative unit of the Ottoman Empire formed in 1600. It included parts of present-day Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. Capital of the Kanije Province was Kanije (Kanizsa).
