Kangnasaurus is a genus of dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous. It lived in what is now South Africa. It is a tooth taxa and is usually considered nomen dubium. Classified as a genus similar to Dryosaurus, it is an Iguanodont. The type species is Kangnasaurus coetzeei, described in 1915 by Haughton.
