"kanariya" is the twelfth single by Ayumi Hamasaki, as well as her last single of 1999, released on December 8, 1999. It was a hidden track on Loveppears album. The song features an uncredited male backup vocalist singing in English. "kanariya" is the first recut single in Oricon charts history to hold the top position. Like Hamasaki's previous single, Kanariya is also limited to 300,000 copies. To date, the single is almost out of print.
