Talk:Kamemon

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kamemon is within the scope of WikiProject Digimon, which aims to organize, expand, clean up, and guide Digimon related articles on Wikipedia.

Notice Attention: Another massive article task is on the horizon, and we will be moving many Digimon lists and articles off of Wikipedia and onto a new wiki. See WT:DIGI#Transwiki for the discussion.

[edit] Rookie

How do we know that Kamemon is a Rookie? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 217.65.23.250 (talk • contribs) .

We don't.. I'll put a {{citeneeded}} tag on the article. -- Ned Scott 22:20, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

I think that Kamemon is listed as an Ultimate in Digimon Story. Pokemega32 23:55, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

No, he's a Rookie. 72.35.34.145 01:23, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Better link

My edit was deleted on 15 May:

"It seems that he evolves into MetalSeadramon, at least in the video game Digimon Story."

I put it back in the article, with a link direct to the video of where this was shown, if that's OK. (My other link wasn't direct to the video, and I'm assuming that's the problem.) 86.128.126.158 19:21, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] No citations

how do we know his attacks or that hes based off a mouse? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 64.85.210.216 (talk • contribs) .

Granted I've done a hell of a lot of reverts for uncited info, I think this one is pretty easy.. Rather, what should be cited is where the attack names come from (likely the card, which has a number, but it should still say that per WP:CITE). -- Ned Scott 05:02, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Adding new info

I know a lot of users are eager to add new info from Digimon Savers, like what the latest evolution of a Digimon is and such, but it might help to just wait till those episodes actually air so you have a verifiable source. Most fan sites and such contain a huge amount of speculation and are generally not seen as "verifiable", at least not as a main source. If you do want to add new info, try to see where the fansite got it's information, and cite that instead. For example, don't cite a fansite because it said it found info off of a Digimon toy, cite the toy itself. But again, remember that according to WP:V that "The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth." If you are not sure about something, and you don't have a link or info to back it up, then don't add it until you are sure or you do have that info. -- Ned Scott 05:07, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
