Kamu Mukherjee (Bengali: কামু মুখার্জী) (d. Dec. 6, 2003) is a Bengali actor known for his performances in several Satyajit Ray films.

His portrayals of Mandar Bose in Sonar Kella, Pritish Sarkar in Nayak, Mantu Dutta in Phera and Juggler Haroon Al Rashid in Fatikchand are considered his best roles.

Satyajit Ray's wife recollected an interesting story in her memoirs of how Kamu started acting in Ray movies. It is said that Kamu turned up one morning, knocked on Ray's door, and before anybody could speak he said, "Namaskar. Amar naam Kamu Mukhopadhya ami apnar boite avinay korte chai." ("Greetings. My name is Kamu Mukhopadhya. I want to act in your movies.") and walked off.

Mukherjee died on December 6, 2003 from rheumatoid arthritis, from which he had suffered for the past ten years, almost bedridden.
