Kam Heskin (born May 8, 1973) is an American actress best known for her role as the second Caitlin Richards Deschanel on NBC's soap opera Sunset Beach during 1998-1999.

Heskin was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She studied at Concordia College in Minnesota, graduating with a degree in Communications and Political Science. The day after graduation, she moved to Chicago and modeled for the next couple of months before moving to New York City. Her first role came when director John Woo selected her as the lead in his pilot Blackjack.

The actress, who played Sheridan Crane on Passions while actress Mackenzie Westmore was on a leave of absence, is attached to two new films, The Prince and Me 3[citation needed] and Howl (2008).
