it says that the dam built by chola was in the 1st or the 2nd century. And further says that “It is considered the oldest water-diversion structure in the world still in use” How can that be the oldest when king Pandukabhaya In Sri Lanka build the “Abhaya wewa “ ( basawakkulama tank ) in the 4th century BC which is still in use older than this.
