Why is this article classified under "Mexican culture"? It has nothing to do with Mexico, as the article makes clear.

The category was added by Special:Contributions/Nekohakase, who has almost bot-like speed in classification of a lot of article so it's clearly done in good faith but misplaced. I had trouble finding a category but I feel that given who uses it its better placed in a category of "Basque politics" (as this is politics for the people who use it).
