From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sr Gurbakhsh Singh Kala Afgana author of Bipran ki Reet ton Sach da Marg was born in 1922. He studied in Government High School of Mian Chunu in Multan(now in Pakistan). He did his college from Government Colloge of Mintgumri. He participated in the establishment of the Sikh Students Fedrartion while studying in that college. 1947 at the time of partition of India he moved from Multan(Pakistan) to Gurdaspur(India). His family left land, house and pension of his father in Pakistan. There was no income for the entire family and he was helpless and started to work in Police department, which he always used to make fun of. As he himself admitted that in this job and in subordination, he did some mistakes which a Sikh is not suppose to do. Ultimatly he got retired from police department in 1981. Then he wrote the sequel of Bipran ki Reet to Sach da Marg which is the first book made me feel that How we are not even close to Sikhism but we are very close to Brahmanism. Then I read a book called te Sikh Vi Niglya Gaya by Kulbir Kaorda, which explain very much of modern times Sikhs and their closeness to Brahamism and distance from Sikhism.
[edit] POV tag
This concerns POV tag cleanup. Whenever an POV tag is placed, it is necessary to also post a message in the discussion section stating clearly why it is thought the article does not comply with POV guidelines, and suggestions for how to improve it. This permits discussion and consensus among editors. This is a drive-by tag, which is discouraged in WP, and it shall be removed. Future tags should have discussion posted as to why the tag was placed, and how the topic might be improved. Better yet, edit the topic yourself with the improvements. This statement is not a judgement of content, it is only a cleanup of frivolously and/or arbitrarily placed tags. No discussion, no tag.Jjdon (talk) 00:09, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
