Kaloula walteri is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, intermittent rivers, arable land, pastureland, and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
