Kaloula mediolineata is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is found in Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, and possibly Cambodia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
