Kalon Tripa

The Kalon Tripa is the head of government of Tibet - or, rather, of the Central Tibetan Administration in exile. It is a position equivalent to a Prime Minister.
The first Kalon Tripa was Lobsang Tenzin, who was elected in 2001.
