Thea-Kallithea (Greek: Καλλιθέα) or Kalithea are two communities of a Patras suburb in the prefecture of Achaia. It is located 8 km S of downtown Patras, 69 km NW of Kalavryta, 136km NW of Tripoli, 92 km ENE of Pyrgos and NE of Olympia. It is the southwestern most city in the Patras metro area. The village was used to be known as Kallitheokampos (Καλλιθεόκαμπος), it was later changed to Kallithea.

The two places has 883 in total in the 1991 Greek census. The village has a small school, a church and a square (plateia). Its residential houses are within the road.

After World War II and the Greek Civil War, many of its buildings were rebuilt.
Though many buildings did not stand, an earthquake struck in 1960 and damaged many houses and buildings, many residents moved to Kato Kallithea. Today, Ano and Kato Kallithea have been rebuilt since that time.
A small fire happened on July 16, 2007 burning grass and a couple of forests. It lasted several hours and no harm was done to its properties and residents.

Its population is about 2,000. It is centred by GR-33 at the 8th km. The highway is now bypassed. Arable land dominates the middle, grass, and bushes over the mountain south of Omblos in the east, and trees over the hills in the west. It is in the municipality of Messatida. According to local sources, it was formerly known as Gaidouriari, a name given to describe its inaccessibility to the City of Patras and its surrounding villages in earlier years prior to the development of transportation links and infrastructure. Ο οικισμός της παλιάς Καλλιθέας ήταν το αρχικό χωριό το οποίο έπειτα από σεισμό την δεκαετία του 1960 κατά τον οποίο καταστράφηκαν τα περισσότερα σπίτια και έγιναν πολλές κατολισθήσεις εγκαταλείφθηκε για να δημιουργηθεί η Κάτω Καλλιθέα, σήμερα η παλιά ή άνω Καλλιθέα ξαναχτίζεται.

Its main production are fruits including watermelon, melon, figs and vegetables including corn, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, cucumbers and others as well as dairy, livestock, olives and others. The majority of the population are based in other businesses as well as agriculture with some other industries.

Kallithea has a school, a lyceum (middle school), a church, and a square (plateia). Its nearest gymnasium (secondary school) are in Ovrya, its nearest hospital is the Agios Andreas Hospital in eastcentral Patras.
