Kallieis, also Kallies (Greek: Καλλιείς, full form Δήμος Καλλιέων) is a municipality in the northern part of the Phocis prefecture in Greece. Its registered population in 2001 amounted to 2,328. The seat of the municipality is Mavrolithari, which is home to about 20% of the municipal population. Its area is about 192,000 hectares.

The municipality is mostly mountainous, with the Giona mountain dominating the north, towards the boundary with the Phthiotis prefecture. Most of the area is forested. Typical vegetation includes pine, fir, cypress and spruce trees; the higher altitudes are mostly barren, while and farmland is limited to the low-lying valleys. Main industries are agriculture and tourism.

Much of the houses were stone built until the 1960s. Electricity arrived in the same year. Vehicles arrived in the 1970s, the pavement of the main road and television arrived in the 1980s.

After the Axis Occupation and the Greek Civil War, many buildings were rebuilt. Its population also declined but recently grew and nearly doubled between the 1991 and the 2001 census.

Tolofona has a school, a lyceum (middle school), a gymnasium (secondary school), churches, banks, shops and a square (plateia).
