Kali is a municipality in Croatia in the Zadar county. According to the 2001 census, there are 1,731 inhabitants, absolute majority which are Croats.

Kali is a notable fishing town with a Mediterranean feeling. The old central part of the town was founded on a hillock around St. Lovro's (St. Lawrence) Church, the patron saint of the town. The famed fishermen’s festival takes place under his auspices every year in August.
